A Review of What the Book of Mormon Tells us about the Latter day Jews: Part 3

Grab a Coke and some popcorn, this is going to be lengthy.

When I discuss highly controversial things I sometimes try to hide them in very long diatribes so that the less invested will get glassy-eyed and loose interest and wander off.

I want to begin this third installment about the eschatology of the Jews by addressing a few questions, observations, and other comments by readers that the last segment stimulated.

The first comes from a reader in Australia who sent me the following email.

A q- if the book of the lamb, which proceeds from the jew’s mouth, and contains the fullness of the 12 apostles, comes to us from Lehi’s seed, what is the bible??

The bible as I know didnt come from the mouth of a jew- it came from many mouths of many Jews and thus is not of an exclusive authorship of a single Jew. Further, it didn’t come to us from Lehi’s seed. Heck we don’t even know who his seed are!

As i read the incredible scriptures found from ancient sources that are outside of the bible, including the Sumerian texts and many many more, i see how it may be possible that the bible we currently revere is ‘9 truths to be able to teach 1 lie’ (I paraphrase JS here).

Is it a counterfeit that looks and feel like the real deal?

First off, a keyword search reveals that there are four different passages that address this concept of how the Book of the Lamb of God proceeds forth from the mouth of a Jew (or Jews).

Before reviewing them it is important to realize that “proceed“, “proceeding” and “proceeded” all refer to  going forth and making progress:

Hence we see that the passages are not claiming that the entire book is written or revealed or published by just one man or even a few men, nor is the process accomplished in just one generation.

Rather, it is a record that covers a long period of history and there is a very significant person and persons who begin the process of going forth with this record. The creation of the record takes time.

Interestingly, most of the passages indicate that a single Jew began the process while another passage clearly indicates that multiple Jews helped in the creation of the record.

All of them are correct and congruent with each other. There was one Jew in particular that began the record, but others followed after him in helping to bring forth the record.

Lets look at the four passages:

24 And the angel of the Lord said unto me: Thou hast beheld that the book proceeded forth from the mouth of a Jew; and when it proceeded forth from the mouth of a Jew it contained the fulness of the gospel of the Lord, of whom the twelve apostles bear record; and they bear record according to the truth which is in the Lamb of God.

38 And it came to pass that I beheld the remnant of the seed of my brethren, and also the book of the Lamb of God, which had proceeded forth from the mouth of the Jew, that it came forth from the Gentiles unto the remnant of the seed of my brethren. 1 Nephi 13:24,38

23 Wherefore, the things which he shall write are just and true; and behold they are written in the book which thou beheld proceeding out of the mouth of the Jew; and at the time they proceeded out of the mouth of the Jew, or, at the time the book proceeded out of the mouth of the Jew, the things which were written were plain and pure, and most precious and easy to the understanding of all men. 1 Nephi 14:23

4 But thus saith the Lord God: O fools, they shall have a Bible; and it shall proceed forth from the Jews, mine ancient covenant people. And what thank they the Jews for the Bible which they receive from them? Yea, what do the Gentiles mean? Do they remember the travails, and the labors, and the pains of the Jews, and their diligence unto me, in bringing forth salvation unto the Gentiles? 2 Nephi 29:4

As you can see, there was a Jew who began the process. Other Jews would follow after him in helping this record to come forth.

So who was this Jew that began the process of going forth with the record?

The oral tradition of the Jews claims that it was Moses that wrote the Book of Genesis. In fact, Jewish tradition attributes the first five books of the Old Testament to Moses. These first five books are referred to as the “Pentateuch” which means “five scrolls“. The Pentateuch is often called the Five Books of Moses or the “Torah”.

On the sixth day of Sivan 6, some 3,500 years ago, Moses climbed up Mount Sinai. During his 40-day stay on the mountain, according to popular Jewish tradition, God dictated to him not only the Ten Commandments but the whole Torah, as well as the Oral Law.

Modern Scholars Disagree

Modern scholars are increasingly suggesting that this is not the case and that it is a product of the 6th and 5th centuries BC. That assessment is a vintage example of how the learning of men and trusting in the arm of flesh leads us into darkness.

Thankfully as latter day saints we don’t need to guess or speculate or rely on the uninspired mutterings of the learned skeptics who are too wise to be taught. It was revealed to Joseph Smith that the creation story in Genesis was in fact revealed to Moses in vision and that he is in fact the inspired author of the book of Genesis and the creation story and he is the one that began the process of the Bible going forth.

Moses was caught up to an exceeding high mountain and shown “the world upon which he was created; and Moses beheld the world and the ends thereof, and all the children of men which are, and which were created; of the same he greatly marveled and wondered.”

1 The words of God, which he spake unto Moses at a time when Moses was caught up into an exceedingly high mountain,

2 And he saw God face to face, and he talked with him, and the glory of God was upon Moses; therefore Moses could endure his presence.

3 And God spake unto Moses, saying: Behold, I am the Lord God Almighty, and Endless is my name; for I am without beginning of days or end of years; and is not this endless?

4 And, behold, thou art my son; wherefore look, and I will show thee the workmanship of mine hands; but not all, for my works are without end, and also my words, for they never cease.

5 Wherefore, no man can behold all my works, except he behold all my glory; and no man can behold all my glory, and afterwards remain in the flesh on the earth.

6 And I have a work for thee, Moses, my son; and thou art in the similitude of mine Only Begotten; and mine Only Begotten is and shall be the Savior, for he is full of grace and truth; but there is no God beside me, and all things are present with me, for I know them all.

7 And now, behold, this one thing I show unto thee, Moses, my son, for thou art in the world, and now I show it unto thee.

8 And it came to pass that Moses looked, and beheld the world upon which he was created; and Moses beheld the world and the ends thereof, and all the children of men which are, and which were created; of the same he greatly marveled and wondered.

As you can see, Moses saw the creation of the world and everyone on it in vision.

Later in the inspired text, the Lord clearly states that Moses would write about the things showed him regarding the creating and peopling of the earth. The Lord even informed Moses that people would take things out of the book that he would right and that a latter day seer like Moses would be raised up to restore what Moses originally had written.

40 And now, Moses, my son, I will speak unto thee concerning this earth upon which thou standest; and thou shalt write the things which I shall speak.

41 And in a day when the children of men shall esteem my words as naught and take many of them from the book which thou shalt write, behold, I will raise up another like unto thee; and they shall be had again among the children of men—among as many as shall believe.

We get a second witness from the Book of Mormon that Moses wrote the first books of the Old Testament:

10 And after they had given thanks unto the God of Israel, my father, Lehi, took the records which were engraven upon the plates of brass, and he did search them from the beginning.

11 And he beheld that they did contain the five books of Moses, which gave an account of the creation of the world, and also of Adam and Eve, who were our first parents;

12 And also a record of the Jews from the beginning, even down to the commencement of the reign of Zedekiah, king of Judah;

I would suggest that Joseph Smith is the one like Moses as stated several times in scripture. It is Joseph Smith that will restore the corrupted book that was begun by Moses.

Clearly Moses is the Jew from which the book of the Lamb of God proceeded.

According to the testimony of Josiah Qunicy he heard Joseph Smith declare that Moses was the one who composed the book of Genesis:

“..Here we have the earliest account of the creation, from which Moses composed the first book of Genesis.”

Obviously, many books were added to the Book of the Lamb of God after Moses proceeded to bring forth the first five books within it. Other prophets and inspired scribes continued the process. The incomplete and imperfect remnant of this “Book of the Lamb of God” has became known as the “Bible”.

Growing out of the record that we refer to as the Old Testament was the record of the New Testament. Both of those testaments contained the plain and precious things when they initially went forth.

It is noteworthy that the book of Malachi, commonly accepted as the last book of the Old Testament foretells the coming of Elijah the Prophet and in the beginning chapters of the New Testament we have the account of Elijah going forth in the wilderness in the person of John the Baptist to prepare the way for Jesus Christ.

One could argue that the events recorded in the New Testament up to the time of the Crucifixion and atonement of Christ are technically still taking place during Old Testament times even though they are recorded in the New Testament, while the New Testament technically takes place when the New Covenant (Testament) took place via the atonement. This fact simply shows the cohesiveness of the meshing together of the Old Testament with the New Testament. 

The King James Version of the Bible that was foundational to the LDS restoration movement was an imperfect remnant of the Book of the Lamb of God.

Nevertheless the testament of the gospel of Christ contained therein, when combined with the testament within the Book of Mormon, was accurate enough to be accepted as a foundational canon of scripture for the restored church. These canons would suffice until the time would come when the fulness of the scriptures (Book of the Lamb of God) would eventually come forth again through God’s servant:

12 And again, the elders, priests and teachers of this church shall teach the principles of my gospel, which are in the Bible and the Book of Mormon, in the which is the fulness of the gospel.

13 And they shall observe the covenants and church articles to do them, and these shall be their teachings, as they shall be directed by the Spirit.

14 And the Spirit shall be given unto you by the prayer of faith; and if ye receive not the Spirit ye shall not teach.

15 And all this ye shall observe to do as I have commanded concerning your teaching, until the fulness of my scriptures is given.

Both the Book of Mormon and the revelations that Joseph Smith brought forth inform us that many plain and precious things and important covenants of the Lord had been taken out of the Bible by the Great and Abominable Church of the Devil.

The general storyline of the KJV of the Bible and the testament of the gospel of Jesus Christ contained therein was adequate to provide a foundation for the restoration.

Interestingly, the Book of Mormon informs us that the original record of the New Testament that was included in the Book of the Lamb of God included the testimonies of all twelve apostles. It appears as if the plain and precious things taken out of the record by the Great and Abominable church included most of these 12 testimonies. Note the following passages:

24 And the angel of the Lord said unto me: Thou hast beheld that the book proceeded forth from the mouth of a Jew; and when it proceeded forth from the mouth of a Jew it contained the fulness of the gospel of the Lord, of whom the twelve apostles bear record; and they bear record according to the truth which is in the Lamb of God.

25 Wherefore, these things go forth from the Jews in purity unto the Gentiles, according to the truth which is in God.

26 And after they go forth by the hand of the twelve apostles of the Lamb, from the Jews unto the Gentiles, thou seest the formation of that great and abominable church, which is most abominable above all other churches; for behold, they have taken away from the gospel of the Lamb many parts which are plain and most precious; and also many covenants of the Lord have they taken away.

27 And all this have they done that they might pervert the right ways of the Lord, that they might blind the eyes and harden the hearts of the children of men

39 And after it had come forth unto them I beheld other books, which came forth by the power of the Lamb, from the Gentiles unto them, unto the convincing of the Gentiles and the remnant of the seed of my brethren, and also the Jews who were scattered upon all the face of the earth, that the records of the prophets and of the twelve apostles of the Lamb are true.

40 And the angel spake unto me, saying: These last records, which thou hast seen among the Gentiles, shall establish the truth of the first, which are of the twelve apostles of the Lamb, and shall make known the plain and precious things which have been taken away from them; and shall make known to all kindreds, tongues, and people, that the Lamb of God is the Son of the Eternal Father, and the Savior of the world; and that all men must come unto him, or they cannot be saved.

41 And they must come according to the words which shall be established by the mouth of the Lamb; and the words of the Lamb shall be made known in the records of thy seed, as well as in the records of the twelve apostles of the Lamb; wherefore they both shall be established in one; for there is one God and one Shepherd over all the earth.

In my opinion, the Book of the Lamb of God contained many more details about the ministry of the Twelve Apostles of the Lamb as well as each of their respective testimonies.

I do not believe that the King James Version of the Bible or the Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible contains the testimonies of all twelve apostles. The majority of the testimony and content contained in the Bible are from Paul who was not a member of the quorum of the twelve apostles and other non-apostolic disciples of the Lord. ( Although one of the gospels appears to have been written by one of the apostles and the New Testament does contain a compelling testimony from Peter.)

The fact that the KJV of the Bible and Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible do not contain the testimonies of the Twelve apostles provides additional evidence that the Bible does not represent the Book of the Lamb of God in its original, complete and undefiled condition.

The JST plays an incredible role in correcting mistakes, providing clarity and sheding much light that has been taken away from the remnant of the scriptures that came through the hands of the Great and Abominable Church. But it is only a precurser to the coming forth of the complete record that is referred to as the Book of the Lamb of God.

It is no wonder that when the Book of the Lamb of God finally comes forth when the Marvelous Work and a Wonder begins, it will be rejected by much of protestant Christianity and much of the apostate Mormon Church because they think they already have the Book of the Lamb of God as represented in the Bible.

This is what will take place when the Book of the Lamb of God comes forth for the last time:

1 But behold, there shall be many—at that day when I shall proceed to do a marvelous work among them, that I may remember my covenants which I have made unto the children of men, that I may set my hand again the second time to recover my people, which are of the house of Israel;

2 And also, that I may remember the promises which I have made unto thee, Nephi, and also unto thy father, that I would remember your seed; and that the words of your seed should proceed forth out of my mouth unto your seed; and my words shall hiss forth unto the ends of the earth, for a standard unto my people, which are of the house of Israel;

3 And because my words shall hiss forth—many of the Gentiles shall say: A Bible! A Bible! We have got a Bible, and there cannot be any more Bible.

4 But thus saith the Lord God: O fools, they shall have a Bible; and it shall proceed forth from the Jews, mine ancient covenant people. And what thank they the Jews for the Bible which they receive from them? …

6 Thou fool, that shall say: A Bible, we have got a Bible, and we need no more Bible. Have ye obtained a Bible save it were by the Jews? …

10 Wherefore, because that ye have a Bible ye need not suppose that it contains all my words; neither need ye suppose that I have not caused more to be written.

We gentiles have a Bible however it does not contain all of God’s words.

The Gentiles Come Forth out of Captivity into Hidden Bondage

Before continuing with our keyword search in this series on the Jews, I also got some fabulous comments by a fellow that I would like to address in this post since it pertains to a section of scripture that we have already highlighted in this series.

His comments begin thusly:

I know there is more to come in this series, but with a lifetime of indoctrination, I’ve got a lot of cognitive dissonance to wade through.

Everyone that takes the red pill and attempts to wipe the slate of indoctrination clean by doing their own keyword searches and taking a fresh look at these passages is going to experience some degree of cognitive dissonance.

We all experience this. After three decades of doing more that 10,000 keyword and key phrase searches and writing over 500 articles and blog posts, I still find myself vacillating back and forth between preconceived notions and the light of truth that new evidence reveals.

He continues

I can see 1 Nephi 13 in the mainstream LDS view as a narrative of the 1st watch to 2nd watch. But if it the Book of the Lamb of God isn’t the Bible, then that’s not what the narrative is about…

The Bible is an incomplete remnant of the Book of the Lamb of God. The book was pure and undefiled when it first went forth from the Jews to the Gentiles but over time, the great church took many of the plain and precious parts out of it, including some covenants of the Lord.

This is one of the profundities revealed in 1 Nephi 13. This is why the Lord commanded Joseph Smith to begin revising, correcting and providing inspired commentary of the King James portion of the Bible even though it was an incomplete remnant of the original that will one day come forth. Although corrections and clarifications were being made to it, je did not add all of the plain and precious things that had been removed from the original version of it.

The Inspired Version of the Bible as is stands today, as great as it is, does not represent the Book of the Lamb of God in its entirety. One evidence of this as previously noted, is that the New Testament portion of it needs to contain all twelve testimonies of the twelve apostles.

Continuing with the readers comments:

I can somewhat get 1 Nephi 13 to be a 2nd/3rd watch narrative, but not as well as I’d like. The man among the Gentiles who was separated by many waters could be a match for the man who was in the sea. He and other Gentiles were in captivity until they were lifted up by the power of God — this is definitely 3rd watch stuff. I don’t know, am I stretching it too far or is this matching those other passages?

Being lifted up by the power of God is not referring to the pilgrims who landed on the shores of America nor is it referring to the patriots that rebelled against and attempted to break away from England nor is it referring to the saints of the restoration of the gospel at the time of Joseph Smith.

It is clearly referring to a third watch event when a righteous portion of the Gentiles in America finally are finally “lifted up” by the “power of God“.

That event is yet future.

That future event represents the FIRST TIME that the gentiles ultimately come out of every form of captivity and bondage!

From Captivity to Liberty???

A traditional LDS perspective that is extracted from 1 Nephi 13 is that the Gentile pilgrims that left England to go to America immediately went from “captivity” to “liberty” by leaving England and coming to America.

WRONG!

Well meaning Latter day saint prophecy scholars have placed an undo amount of reverence and piety upon the founding fathers of this nation and a sanitized history of this nation in an effort to force the narrative in 1 Nephi 13 to conform to their false interpretation of it.

Cleon Skousen was a wonderful and passionate gospel and prophecy scholar who did much study and contemplation. In my opinion, he had a good heart and good intent and did much good. His books and lectures about the constitution and the history of our nation did a great job of focusing on the good aspects of our founding fathers and history. Nevertheless, he and the LDS prophecy scholars of his generation were steeped in the false traditions of their fathers and their eyes were blinded regarding the true narrative in 1 Nephi 13..

I am going to challenge the comonly accepted interpretations and suggest that the real narrative that is being presented in 1 Nephi 13, when viewed through the lens of the related scriptural snippets and the true history of America, is quite different than commonly supposed.

I am suggesting that the Gentile Pilgrims went from a form of captivity in England, to a form of political bondage in America. They did not enjoy true freedom and liberty upon arrival nor has this been realized from that time to the present.

I realize that this is going to challenge perceptions and create indigestion for those who have not studied this topic in depth.

The true narrative is that the gentiles went forth from captivity in England to captivity in America. Their bondage was imposed by the same oppressors in England and the shadow controllers in the Vatican.

Even when the rebellion took place against the mother country years later, true FREEDOM and LIBERTY were not realized. Nefarious forces were still at play which created a corrupted and manipulated “rule of law” controlled by conspirators that allowed the Vatican and the Crown to continue their dominion over the inhabitants of America from the shadows.

America continues, to this day, to be governed by the same sinister forces and corrupt rule of law that governs England.

Americans have been brainwashed to think they are a free nation and that we enjoy LIBERTY. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If this were a free nation and a land of liberty there would be no such thing as “licensing” and you would not need to pay “taxes” on property that you truely own.

Not only is Mormonism a cult, American patriotism is also a cult.

Every time you place your hand over your heart to pledge your allegiance to the flag at a sporting event or some other public event you are practicing an insidious form of idolatry which is no doubt very offensive to your creator.

You may as well be participating in a secret order within witchcraft or some other arm of the occult. In fact, you are. and when the Marvelous Work begins, God is going to destroy cult practices and the witchcraft that you are currently participating in.

If you think Americans were a free people during the LDS restoration movement, why did one of the very first revelations warn the people that the enemy in the secret chamber was conspiring to destroy the church?

The threat was not just from some foreign power across the great waters, it was from a secret order in the secret chambers embedded in America.

Land of Liberty? 2nd Nephi Reveals the Truth

Lehi prophesied that America would become a “land of liberty” to God’s people. However, he declared that God’s people must first SERVE HIM and obey his commandments BEFORE it would become a land of liberty:

7 Wherefore, this land is consecrated unto him whom he shall bring. And if it so be that they shall serve him according to the commandments which he hath given, it shall be a land of liberty unto them; wherefore, they shall never be brought down into captivity; if so, it shall be because of iniquity; for if iniquity shall abound cursed shall be the land for their sakes, but unto the righteous it shall be blessed forever. 2 Nephi 1

Were the saints of the LDS restoration movement successful in serving the Lord and obeying the commandments they received or did they reject the fulness of the Gospel and become rejected as a church with their dead?

Moving forward into 2 Nephi 10 the topic of liberty in America continues. It informs us that America becomes a land of liberty once Zion is established. That is when America becomes fortified against all other nations and enjoys true liberty:

11 And this land shall be a land of liberty unto the Gentiles, and there shall be no kings upon the land, who shall raise up unto the Gentiles.

12 And I will fortify this land against all other nations.

13 And he that fighteth against Zion shall perish, saith God.

We are informed that before America can truly become free, God must destroy the secret works of darkness and of murders and of abominations:

15 Wherefore, for this cause, that my covenants may be fulfilled which I have made unto the children of men, that I will do unto them while they are in the flesh, I must needs destroy the secret works of darkness, and of murders, and of abominations.

Has God destroyed the secret works of darkness in America?

I don’t think so.

Once America finally becomes a land of liberty God will finally fulfill his promises that he has made to the children of men:

17 For I will fulfil my promises which I have made unto the children of men, that I will do unto them while they are in the flesh—

We are informed that America does not become a land of liberty until the Gentiles repent and become numbered among the righteous seed of Lehi once they are converted en masse.

19 Wherefore, I will consecrate this land unto thy seed, and them who shall be numbered among thy seed, forever, for the land of their inheritance; for it is a choice land, saith God unto me, above all other lands, wherefore I will have all men that dwell thereon that they shall worship me, saith God.

As you can see, the Book of Mormon reveals that liberty is not enjoyed in America when the gentile pilgrims arrive or even at the time of the rebellion agains the King of England or at the time of the LDS restoration movement when the latter day saints stumbled in their attempt to serve God and obey the commandments.

Liberty is achieved once the Gentiles repent and are united with the converted seed of Lehi.

A Free People? Sections 38 & 44 Reveal the Truth

Why was the Lord speaking of giving the saints a “land of promise” and a “land of inheritance” in the future tense, predicated upon obedience to his law?

Why did he tell the saints that they shall be a free people in the future?

Wherefore, hear my voice and follow me, and you shall be a free people

The hope of being free was a future promise.

God did not consider the saints to be a free people in 1831. He does not consider us to be a free people now.

Why do latter day saints always thank God for this free country when the Lord has made it clear that we don’t live in a free country?

Yes we have many freedoms that some other countries don’t enjoy. That is why the gospel could be restored in this land, but lets not get carried away here.

Section 38 clearly states that we are in bondage.

22 Wherefore, hear my voice and follow me, and you shall be a free people, and ye shall have no laws but my laws when I come, for I am your lawgiver, and what can stay my hand?

The saints will one day escape the power of the enemy and be a free people when they finally hear the words of Christ and follow him.

31 And that ye might escape the power of the enemy, and be gathered unto me a righteous people, without spot and blameless—

32 Wherefore, for this cause I gave unto you the commandment that ye should go to the Ohio; and there I will give unto you my law; and there you shall be endowed with power from on high;

33 And from thence, whosoever I will shall go forth among all nations, and it shall be told them what they shall do; for I have a great work laid up in store, for Israel shall be saved, and I will lead them whithersoever I will, and no power shall stay my hand.

America was infiltrated by and dominated by conspirators long before the gospel was restored through Joseph Smith.

Why is the Lord giving the saints instructions on how they can escape the power of the enemy if they are a free people who enjoy liberty?

Why is the Lord declaring that a physical gathering is requisite in escaping the power of the enemy that they were in bondage to?

The Lord is commanding the saints to go to Ohio to obtain his law and obtain power from on high. Both of those tasks were integral to escaping the power of the enemy. The consequences of not successfully gathering and living God’s law was bondage.

Section 44 was the official invitation for the elders of the restored church to gather to the Morley Farm and witness the bestowal of the Melchizedek Priesthood and the Office of High Priest for the very first time.

That revelation was a follow up to section 38 and it contains the invitation for the elders of the restored church to gather to Kirtland to receive power from on high so that the saints could escape the power of the enemy.

3 And it shall come to pass that they shall go forth into the regions round about, and preach repentance unto the people.

4 And many shall be converted, insomuch that ye shall obtain power to organize yourselves according to the laws of man;

5 That your enemies may not have power over you; that you may be preserved in all things; that you may be enabled to keep my laws; that every bond may be broken wherewith the enemy seeketh to destroy my people.

Every “BOND” shall be broken

The saints were commanded to use the existing laws of man to organize themselve according to the law of consecration so that they could fully live God’s law.

Doing so would prevent their enemies from having power over them. This would break the “bonds” they were in.

The attempt was made.

An endowment was given.

But the first attempt during Joseph Smith’s ministry failed.

However, the prophetic  passages in section 44 and related prophecies inform us that God’s people will be successful in the future.

Virtually every prophecy has a dual fulfillment. One is an incomplete shadow fulfillment. The other is the literal fulfillment.

The shadow fulfillment has taken place. The literal fulfillment of that prophecy is yet a future event.

Back in 1 Nephi 13 there is a specific term that identifies this attempt at living consecration and establishing Zion. It is the one place in the entire narrative that speaks of the ministry of Joseph Smith and the history of the restored church in the 1830’s and 40’s.

See if you can find it in the following verse.

“and after the Gentiles do stumble exceedingly”

Yep, the word “stumble” is identifying the failed attempt at living God’s law and at establishing Zion during LDS restoration movement.

In 3rd Nephi 16, Christ provides much more clarity on how the saints stumbled. He declares that the saints would reject the fulness of the Gospel:

At that day when the Gentiles shall sin against my gospel, and shall reject the fulness of my gospel, and shall be lifted up in the pride of their hearts above all nations, and above all the people of the whole earth, and shall be filled with all manner of lyings, and of deceits, and of mischiefs, and all manner of hypocrisy, and murders, and priestcrafts, and whoredoms, and of secret abominations; and if they shall do all those things, and shall reject the fulness of my gospel, behold, saith the Father, I will bring the fulness of my gospel from among them.

But why did the saints of the LDS restoration reject the fulness and fail in their attempt at Zion?

The answer is in the following passage in the 1 Nephi 13 narrative:

“..because of the most plain and precious parts of the gospel of the Lamb which have been kept back by that abominable church..”

This provides much needed context to the commandment of the Lord to Joseph Smith to translate the Bible. This is why there was such a sense of urgency to get the Bible translated to prepare our hearts and minds for the time when the complete Book of the Lamb of God would go forth in its fulness.

The establishment of Zion was predicated upon the preliminary translation of the Bible and on the subsequent translation of the Book of the Lamb of God!!

This is why Joseph proclaimed that if the FULNESS OF THE SCRIPTURES was not translated and published the church would fail!

“Brother Joseph Smith, Jr. said … that the promise of God was that the greatest blessings which God had to bestow should be given to those who contributed to the support of his family while he was translating the fulness of the Scriptures … that God had often sealed up the heavens because of covetousness in the Church … and except the Church receive the fulness of the Scriptures that they would yet fail.” (Far West Report, p. 16, quoted in Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, sel. Joseph Fielding Smith, Salt Lake City: Deseret Book, 1938, p. 9.)

It is my opinion that the revision of the existing Bible was only the precurser to the translation of the Book of the Lamb of God (fulness of the scriptures) from the plates.

The “fulness of the scriptures” is critical in establishing Zion and that is why the Lord made this such an urgent issue.

In hind sight, it becomes apparent that if the saints would have been faithful, the Lord would have enabled Joseph to do more than simply correct the portion of the Book that the Gentiles brought with them out of captivity. He could have kept the plates and would have also brought forth the entire Book of the Lamb of God in its fulness that had been preserved and hid up in the plates.

The good news is that the narrative in 1 Nephi 13 informs us that AFTER the gentiles stumble, the day would come when much of the gospel would come forth by the power of God.

Indeed, it would contain the “plain and precious” parts of the book that had been taken out of the book by the great church. That has reference to the 3rd watch that is still a future event.

I will be merciful unto the Gentiles in that day, insomuch that I will bring forth unto them, in mine own power, much of my gospel, which shall be plain and precious, saith the Lamb.

Lets recap what we have learned about the true chronology of when freedom and liberty are enjoyed in this great land.

The gentiles come forth from a state captivity from England into a state of political bondage in America.

After the rebellion, the great and abominable church continued to have dominion through secretive directives and political contracts through an insidious legal system and through a worldwide secret combination that can be traced by to the Jesuits and the Catholic Church.

Eventually, after the rebellion gives the inhabitants of America a false sense of freedom, a light breaks forth and the saints of the restoration receive and struggle to live the fulness of the gospel for a very short three and a half year period. Sadly, they  STUMBLE in their attempt at living the law of God and establishing Zion.

Finally, in the third watch, God is merciful to the gentiles and he brings forth in POWER, much of his gospel that is plain and precious. This leads to the establishment of Zion when true freedom and liberty are achieved.

The casual reader who views 1 Nephi 13 through the eyes of indoctrination from the teachings of the corporate LDS church will find it exceedingly difficult to see the true narrative.

Can you see it?

The final comment by this reader that I will address before continuing with the topic at hand it this:

Interestingly, a keyword search on ‘great’ and ‘abominable’ and ‘church’ gives several passages of scriptures to review:

It is critical to know who the great and abominable church is if one is going to understand the prophetic narrative in 1 Nephi 13 and 14 and related passages.

When Bruce R. McConkie first published his book Mormon Doctrine, he said this about the Great and Abominable Church of the Devil:

“It is also to the Book of Mormon to which we turn for the plainest description of the Catholic Church as the great and abominable church. Nephi saw this ‘church which is the most abominable above all other churches’ in vision. He ‘saw the devil that he was the foundation of it’ and also the murders, wealth, harlotry, persecutions, and evil desires that historically have been a part of this satanic organization”

After studying this topic for many years I am also convinced that the Roman Catholic Church is being referred to in the Book of Mormon. Anyone familiar with the bizarre and brutal history of Catholicism and the reformation and the brutal inquisition can see who the Book of Mormon is referring to.

The first presidency of the church later required brother McConkie to alter the above definition since it was offensive to Catholics and it was simply not politically correct to make such an accusation about an existing worldwide church.

Nevertheless, his statement was true.

The Vatican, through the “Black Pope” and the Jesuits, have been conducting a global conspiracy to eslave the world since the emergenance of the dastardly order.

It is no coincidence that the latest Pope is a Jesuit. His emergence is a sign of the times.

If you study the Jewish banking empire and their many organizations deep enough, you will be led to the Vatican.

They were behind the assassination of Lincohn and Kennedy.

The army of Jesuits have infiltrated virtually every political and governmental organization in the world. They are the secret order behind virtually all secret orders. I have blogged about this before. Those who are interested in learning about the ancient trusts, treaties and contracts that are still in force, that bind the US would do well to do a Google and youtube keyword searchs on “Black Pope”, “Vatican assassins” and other similar words.

It is also helpful to study the research done by Judge Anna von Reitz to fully understand how ancient contracts are still in force that keep America in bondage as a nation.

Another reader of this blog named Jessi who has studied this topic extensively posted a fantastic comment which coincides with what I have written.

OK, now we can continue parsing the prophesies in the Book of Mormon regarding the exchatology of the Jews.

The next noteable section of scripture pertaining to the eschatology of the Jews is found in 1 Nephi 15. I will not copy the entire chapter in this blog. I encourage you to read the chapter and arrive at your own conclusions before continuing on in this post.

1 Nephi 15 reiterates important points about how the house of Israel including the seed of Lehi will be grafted back into the olive tree in the latter days through the fulness of the gentiles.

It is important to understand that the fulness of the Gentiles came in for a short period during Joseph Smith’s ministry and it will come in again when the third watch begins.

The angel Moroni told Joseph that it was about to come in during his ministry:

41 He also quoted the second chapter of Joel, from the twenty-eighth verse to the last. He also said that this was not yet fulfilled, but was soon to be. And he further stated that the fulness of the Gentiles was soon to come in. He quoted many other passages of scripture, and offered many explanations which cannot be mentioned here. Joseph Smith—History 1:41

In Section 45 we are informed that in the last generation when there are wars and rumors of wars, the times of the Gentiles will come in again:

26 And in that day shall be heard of wars and rumors of wars, and the whole earth shall be in commotion, and men’s hearts shall fail them, and they shall say that Christ delayeth his coming until the end of the earth.

27 And the love of men shall wax cold, and iniquity shall abound.

28 And when the times of the Gentiles is come in, a light shall break forth among them that sit in darkness, and it shall be the fulness of my gospel;

A contextual reading of verses 1 Nephi 15 18-20 informs us that the latter day Jews will be restored to a knowledge of the truth and be no more be confounded. They are clearly restored to the true church in America.

18 Wherefore, our father hath not spoken of our seed alone, but also of all the house of Israel, pointing to the covenant which should be fulfilled in the latter days; which covenant the Lord made to our father Abraham, saying: In thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

19 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, spake much unto them concerning these things; yea, I spake unto them concerning the restoration of the Jews in the latter days.

20 And I did rehearse unto them the words of Isaiah, who spake concerning the restoration of the Jews, or of the house of Israel; and after they were restored they should no more be confounded, neither should they be scattered again. And it came to pass that I did speak many words unto my brethren, that they were pacified and did humble themselves before the Lord.

Nothing in the above passages is referring to the Old World Jerusalem. When the Jews are finally restored and converted, they will be gathered to America. During this last restoration they will no longer be confounded.

It is obvious that the above restoration did not take place when God set his hand the first time to recover his people during Joseph Smith’s ministry. This is because the latter day Jews in the modern apostate church are still “confounded” and confused.

This provides yet another powerful scriptural evidence that the commonly accepted prophetic narrative about the unbelieving Ashkenazi Jews that have gathered to the Old World is false.

The next section about the Jews from the Book of Mormon to be parsed is 2 Nephi 9

Once again a contextual reading gives us another witness that the true Jews will be restored to the true church in the land of America in the latter days and that their land of inheritance is here in America NOT the Old World.

1 And now, my beloved brethren, I have read these things that ye might know concerning the covenants of the Lord that he has covenanted with all the house of Israel—

2 That he has spoken unto the Jews, by the mouth of his holy prophets, even from the beginning down, from generation to generation, until the time comes that they shall be restored to the true church and fold of God; when they shall be gathered home to the lands of their inheritance, and shall be established in all their lands of promise.

Incredible.

The above passage informs us that the true Jews are restored to the true church in the latter days and that it is the land where the true church is restored and headquartered that is the land of promise and inheritance of the Jews!

I you are new to this blog this is probably blowing your mind to find out that the real Jews of end times prophecy are found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. The Ashkenazi Jews in the Old World Jerusalem are imposters.

The is why the apostle John prophetically spoke of those who “say they are Jews but are not“:

9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the ablasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Revelation 2:9

9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. Revelation 3:9

Later in the Book of Revelation we hear about the two witnesses whose bodies will lie in the street after they have finished their testimonies. We have been brainwashed to think that this event takes place in the Old World Jerusalem but is that really what the prophecy states?

8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

America is the spiritual version of Sodom and Egypt in the end times. The term “also” means “again”, the second time.

All of the prophecies you have interpreted to be about the major end times events taking place in the Old World need to be revisited through the lens that is provided by the Book of Mormon.

The next passage in the Book of Mormon to be parsed is found in 2 Nephi 10 and it provides a is pretty brutal and sobering observation about an inner segment of the latter day saint demographic.

3 Wherefore, as I said unto you, it must needs be expedient that Christ—for in the last night the angel spake unto me that this should be his name—should come among the Jews, among those who are the more wicked part of the world; and they shall crucify him—for thus it behooveth our God, and there is none other nation on earth that would crucify their God. 2 Nephi 10:3,16

The Jews, as a collective group were so wicked that they rejected and crucified Christ.

As blood curdling as this may sound, the most wicked part of the inhabitants of this world that crucified Christ have descendants that are imbedded among the latter day saints. Some of these descendants would likely seek to crucify Christ again if he were to appear among the latter day saints in these latter days.

The literal descendants of the New Testament Jews have been recovered into the apostate latter day church and some of them have undoubtedly been strategically placed into high positions in both church and government . We have already addressed the topic of the blood curse that is passed down from generation to generation among the Jews.

Christ will once again be spiritually crucified in the third watch by those who sit in darkness, in Moses seat.

The Latter day Jews seek a False Messiah

The final chapter that we shall end this installment with is 2 Nephi 25 which interrelates with the wickedness of the Jews as documented in 2 Nephi 10.

This chapter has Nephi interpreting the words of Isaiah. He informs us that his people did not understand the words of Isaiah because “they know not concerning the manner of prophesying among the Jews“.

Nephi opted to not teach his people about the “manner” of the Jews because their works were of darkness

2 For I, Nephi, have not taught them many things concerning the manner of the Jews; for their works were works of darkness, and their doings were doings of abominations.

 This is consistent with 1 Nephi 10 which informs us that the Jews were among the most wicked people on this earth.

Nephi informs us that one does not need to understand the manner of the Jews in order to understand the prophesies of their prophets. One simply needs to have the spirit of prophecy:

 for because the words of Isaiah are not plain unto you, nevertheless they are plain unto all those that are filled with the spirit of prophecy.

Nephi then informs us that he is going to give his own prophecy about the forthcoming events having to do with the Jews:

7 But behold, I proceed with mine own prophecy, according to my plainness; in the which I know that no man can err; nevertheless, in the days that the prophecies of Isaiah shall be fulfilled men shall know of a surety, at the times when they shall come to pass.

According to Nephi, when the prophesies of Isaiah are finally fulfilled, men shall know of surety that prophecy is being fulfilled.

Once again we are reminded that there is a generational curse upon the wicked portion of the Jews which is why they continue to be destroyed from generation to generation.

9 And as one generation hath been destroyed among the Jews because of iniquity, even so have they been destroyed from generation to generation according to their iniquities; and never hath any of them been destroyed save it were foretold them by the prophets of the Lord.

God always foretells of their destruction through prophets.

Nephi will now prophesy what will become of the Jews over many generations, even into the latter days.

He begins explaining that the Jews had been destroyed and carried away captive into Babylon shortly after Lehi and his family warned the Jews and left Jerusalem.

10 Wherefore, it hath been told them concerning the destruction which should come upon them, immediately after my father left Jerusalem; nevertheless, they hardened their hearts; and according to my prophecy they have been destroyed, save it be those which are carried away captive into Babylon.

Nephi prophesies that the Jews will again return and possess the land of the Old World Jerusalem which was the land of their inheritance prior to the establishment of the New Covenant in the meridian of time:

11 And now this I speak because of the spirit which is in me. And notwithstanding they have been carried away they shall return again, and possess the land of Jerusalem; wherefore, they shall be restored again to the land of their inheritance.

After being restored to the Old World Jerusalem again in the meridian of time, the only begotten of the Father would manifest himself to them in the flesh and they would reject him and crucify him:

12 But, behold, they shall have wars, and rumors of wars; and when the day cometh that the Only Begotten of the Father, yea, even the Father of heaven and of earth, shall manifest himself unto them in the flesh, behold, they will reject him, because of their iniquities, and the hardness of their hearts, and the stiffness of their necks.

13 Behold, they will crucify him; and after he is laid in a sepulchre for the space of three days he shall rise from the dead, with healing in his wings; and all those who shall believe on his name shall be saved in the kingdom of God. Wherefore, my soul delighteth to prophesy concerning him, for I have seen his day, and my heart doth magnify his holy name.

After crucifying the Son of God in the meridian of time, Jerusalem will again be destroyed and the Jews shall once again be scattered among all nations:

14 And behold it shall come to pass that after the Messiah hath risen from the dead, and hath manifested himself unto his people, unto as many as will believe on his name, behold, Jerusalem shall be destroyed again; for wo unto them that fight against God and the people of his church.

15 Wherefore, the Jews shall be scattered among all nations; yea, and also Babylon shall be destroyed; wherefore, the Jews shall be scattered by other nations.

Nephi continues. Finally, in the latter days, the Jews will be PERSUADED  to believe in Christ (not converted). They begin to believe in Christ while they are in a scattered condition.

This is one of the most clear and irrefutable challenges to the commonly accepted narrative about the eschatology of the Jews which has the Jews still unbelieving even after beginning to gather.

16 And after they have been scattered, and the Lord God hath scourged them by other nations for the space of many generations, yea, even down from generation to generation until they shall be persuaded to believe in Christ, the Son of God, and the atonement, which is infinite for all mankind—

This brings us to the state of the latter day Jews relative to the Nauvoo era of the LDS restoration.

The Book of Mormon informs us that in the latter days the Jews will be restored to the true church. In the ultimate sense, the literal fulfillment of this prophecy is yet a future event. However, the shadow fulfillment has already taken place during the LDS restoration movement and Joseph Smith’s ministry.

Why is this not commonly understood?

Because God has covered the eyes of the apostate church.

Nevertheless, this restoration of the latter day Jews into the church is clearly documented in the scriptures and the history of the church.

Lets review it again briefly.

In 1836, the Gentile saints of the restored church had become condemned. In that state, they petitioned the Lord in the dedicatory prayer of the Kirtland Temple to redeem Jerusalem from that very hour.

The petition asked that the yoke of bondage to be removed from the house of David and for the children of Judah to begin returning to the lands of their inheritance.

62 We therefore ask thee to have mercy upon the children of Jacob, that Jerusalem, from this hour, may begin to be redeemed;

63 And the yoke of bondage may begin to be broken off from the house of David;

64 And the children of Judah may begin to return to the lands which thou didst give to Abraham, their father.

Shortly after that petition, Joseph Smith declared that the Lord had revealed to him that something new must be done for the salvation of the church and he began setting up foreign missions:

“In this state of things, and but a few weeks before the Twelve were expecting to meet in full quorum, (some of them having been absent for some time), God revealed to me that something new must be done for the salvation of His Church.

And on or about the first of June, 1837, Heber C. Kimball, one of the Twelve, was set apart by the spirit of prophecy and revelation, prayer and laying on of hands, of the First Presidency, to preside over a mission to England, to be the first foreign mission of the Church of Christ in the last days.” (History of the Church, 2:489)

In conjunction with this new directive, section 118 was received commissioning the quorum of the Twelve Apostles and other missionaries under their direction to promulgate the gospel “over the great waters“.

Verily, thus saith the Lord: Let a conference be held immediately; let the Twelve be organized; and let men be appointed to supply the place of those who are fallen… And next spring let them depart to go over the great waters, and there promulgate my gospel, the fulness thereof, and bear record of my name. (LDS D&C 118)

We learn from the testimony of Joseph Smith that the tribal identity of new converts  from this second great wave of missionary work and the converts coming from across the great waters represented those who are, in the words of Isaiah, the “outcasts of Israel” and the “dispersed of Judah“.

“If there is anything calculated to interest the mind of the Saints, to awaken in them the finest sensibilities, and arouse them to enterprise and exertion, surely it is the great and precious promises made by our heavenly Father to the children of Abraham; and those engaged in seeking the outcasts of Israel, and the dispersed of Judah, cannot fail to enjoy the Spirit of the Lord and have the choicest blessings of Heaven rest upon them in copious effusions.” (Joseph Smith Jr., Discourses of the Prophet Joseph Smith, 195.  see also Isaiah 11:12-13)

As you can see, Joseph Smith himself identified the converts that were flowing into Nauvoo as the “outcasts of Israel” and the “dispersed of Judah“!

Although the scriptures that came forth through the prophet Joseph Smith were very clear about the fact that all twelve tribes of Israel are to gather to the promised land of America in the latter days, Orson Hyde, bless his heart, was still very confused about who the real Jews were and where they should gather. For this reason, he wrote to Joseph Smith while on his mission and asked for clarification about where the Jews were to gather.

Joseph’s response was that the Jews were to gather to America:

“We had a letter from Elder Hyde, a few days ago, who is in New Jersey, and is expecting to leave for England as soon as Elder Page reaches him. He requested to know if converted Jews are to go to Jerusalem or to come to Zion. I therefore wish you to inform him that converted Jews must come here.” (HC 4:231 approx October 1840)

As you can see, the restoration of the Jews to the lands of their inheritance began in the late 1830’s not in the 1940’s and they were gathering to the promised land of America, not the Old World Jerusalem.

It is well documented in the history of the church. It simply has not been acknowledged and understood because there is a spirit of deep sleep upon the apostate church.

When reading the narrative in 2 Nephi 25, it is very important to disregard uninspired punctuation and identify where the true paragraphs begin and end. The printers manuscript of the Book of Mormon had no punctuation in it. It was a non member of the church that inserted punctuation.

“When the day shall come” following the generation when the Jews are PERSUADED  to believe in Christ, (after their pain- see D&C 133: 35) they shall finally worship the Father in Christ’s name name with pure hearts and clean hands.

and when that day shall come that they shall believe in Christ, and worship the Father in his name, with pure hearts and clean hands,

Ok, I hope you are sitting down because Nephi who is carried away in the spirit of prophecy is about to reveal something about the state of the latter day saint Jews.

What he is going to reveal takes place just BEFORE the day when they finally worship the Father with pure hearts and clean hands.

In other words, he is speaking about the latter day saints right now.

and look not forward any more for another Messiah

What the hell?

What is it that the latter day saint Jews are doing during this time when they are only PERSUADED  to believe in Christ, prior to the ushering in of the dispensation of the fulness of times in the 3rd watch?

They are looking for a false Messiah!

Why is it just the latter day saint Jews who are looking for a false Messiah?

Why aren’t the gentile Christians just a guilty of looking for a false Messiah?

Remember, the scriptures reveal two types of Christians during our time of worldwide apostasy.

One segment of modern Christianity is composed of Gentile Christians who are primarily Protestants and Catholics.

The other segment is composed of Jewish Christians who are largely associated with the Latter day Saints and related factions.

Nephi is differentiating the latter day saint Jews from the Protestants and Catholic gentiles.

I believe the point that is being made is that the latter day Saint Jews have a false dogma regarding Christ that opens them up to deception by a false Christ.

Again, this false dogma is what differentiates the Latter day Saint Jews from gentile Christians and it opens them up to being deceived by a false Messiah.

This dogma causes them to look for a false Messiah in a sense that the rest of Gentile Christianity does not.

What is this dogma?

It is the “second comforter” dogma that originated from passages in the New Testament which were correctly interpreted by Joseph Smith.

According to Joseph Smith, the elect of God who proved themselves worthy, could obtain a personal visitation from Christ declaring them to have their calling and election made sure. This “calling and election” carries with it the promise of eternal life and continues visitations from the Savior and the Father as they continue to teach them the mysteries.

Here is what Joseph Smith taught about this amazing topic

After a person has faith in Christ, repents of his sins, and is baptized for the remission of his sins and receives the Holy Ghost (by the laying on of hands), which is the first Comforter, then let him continue to humble himself before God, hungering and thirsting after righteousness, and living by every word of God, and the Lord will soon say unto him, Son, thou shalt be exalted.

When the Lord has thoroughly proved him, and finds that the man is determined to serve Him at all hazards, then the man will find his calling and his election made sure, then it will be his privilege to receive the other Comforter, which the Lord hath promised the Saints, as is recorded in the testimony of St. John, in the 14th chapter, from the 12th to the 27th verses….

Now what is this other Comforter? It is no more nor less than the Lord Jesus Christ Himself; …when any man obtains this last Comforter, he will have the personage of Jesus Christ to attend him, or appear unto him from time to time, and even He will manifest the Father unto him, and they will take up their abode with him, and the visions of the heavens will be opened unto him, and the Lord will teach him face to face, and he may have a perfect knowledge of the mysteries of the Kingdom of God; and this is the state and place the ancient Saints arrived at when they had such glorious visions-Isaiah, Ezekiel, John upon the Isle of Patmos, St. Paul in the three heavens, and all the Saints who held communion with the general assembly and Church of the First Born [TPJS, pp. 150-51].

As you can see. The pattern and chronology of this process is very clear. First the candidate must exercise faith, repent and be baptized by the proper authority (which is not currently on the earth at this time)

Then they must receive the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands by the proper authority (which is not currently on the earth at this time)

Then they must prove themselves by “hungering and thirsting after righteousness, and living by every word of God”

Living by every word of God would include living the law of God as described in Section 42 and obtaining the highest priesthood as declared in Section 84.

Also, Lectures on Faith proclaims that one must sacrifice ALL THINGS in the process of obtaining one’s ultimate salvation in the highest kingdom.

After being sealed up to eternal life by the Father, the blessing of the Second Comforter FOLLOWS.

Only after God has personally declared the candidate worthy and sealed them up to eternal life would a person ever qualify for the “Second Comforter”.

This doctrinal interpretation by Joseph Smith was true and it is not understood by protestant Christianity.

HOWEVER the true doctrine that is revealed in scripture and correctly interpreted by Joseph Smith, only applies when the fulness of the gospel is on the earth and the heavens are open. It does not apply when the saints are rejected as a church with their dead.

We are living during a time when the heavens have been sealed. We live during the  “little season” of apostasy which is mentioned in Sections 101, 103, and 105..

After the saints of the restoration stumbled and rejected the fulness, their minds were blinded and they were unaware that they fulness had been taken.

There is not a mortal man upon the face of the earth that can possibly qualify to have his calling and election made sure at this time when we have been rejected as a church. Hence, there is not a mortal man upon the face of the earth who has received the promise of the Second Comforter.

People living right now who are claiming that they have entered into the presence of God to speak with him face to face, or that claim that they have received their calling and election, or that claim that they have received the Second Comforter (which can only take place AFTER one obtains their calling and election) are either liars, or they suffer from delusions of grandeur, or they  HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN VISITED BY AND DECIEVED A FALSE MESSIAH in fulfillment of the prophecy given in the Book of Mormon.

When the Jews began being reclaimed and gathered to America into the restored but rejected church, they falsely assumed that the fulness of the gospel was still among the saints. Hence, the Jews of the apostate church  have this false tradition and teaching that they can enjoy a personal audience with Christ during this time of hidden darkness.

What they fail to realize is that the Lord has temporarily rejected the saints with their dead because they rejected the fulness of the gospel.

Nobody is enjoying the true second comforter at this time. It will not begin happening again until the appointed time when the servants return back to the vineyard and restore the scattered Jews from their lost and fallen state.

This is how a pure and simple truth from the restoration has morphed into a damnable heresy that damns the souls of men and turns them over to a false Christ that makes an appearance to some and leads their souls to destruction.

It is this false hope of seeing Christ while in a state of darkness and apostasy that has created so many heretical fringe groups that have broken away from the mainstream corporate church.

Mormonism has a long history of fanatics who begin striving to exercise the false signs and tokens and “true order of prayer” on the mountain tops and in the secret chambers that they learned from the Satanic Masonic Temple endowment.

The great missionary work to the Jews that began during the Nauvoo era was the “first” time” that God began to restore his people after they had been scattered during New Testament times.

Nephi speaks of the “second time” that the Lord will restore his lost and fallen people when the marvelous work and a wonder begins:

17 And the Lord will set his hand again the second time to restore his people from their lost and fallen state. Wherefore, he will proceed to do a marvelous work and a wonder among the children of men.

It is when the marvelous work begins that the words will come forth that will finally convince the Jews of the true Messiah who has been rejected by them! Prior to this convincing, the Jews were only persuaded to believe.

Nephi acknowledges that these latter day saint Jews will have been seeking a false Messiah. He observes that they will have been deceived by the false Messiah prior to the beginning of the Marvelous Work and a Wonder.

We have previously noted that the Latter day Saint leaders teach of a mortal messiah instead of the one mentioned in the book of Mormon that did not offer himself as a human sacrifice. Rather he was God in the flesh who offered an infinite and eternal sacrifice.

The good news is that when the Marvelous Work and a Wonder begins, God’s word will come forth for the last time in purity and it will judge them at the last day. At this time, the repentant portion of the Jews will become CONVERTED to the TRUE MESSIAH.

18 Wherefore, he shall bring forth his words unto them, which words shall judge them at the last day, for they shall be given them for the purpose of convincing them of the true Messiah, who was rejected by them; and unto the convincing of them that they need not look forward any more for a Messiah to come, for there should not any come, save it should be a false Messiah which should deceive the people; for there is save one Messiah spoken of by the prophets, and that Messiah is he who should be rejected of the Jews.

These prophesies from Nephi place a spotlight of understanding on why the current “remnant movement“, both those inside the LDS church and those who are outside of the corporate church, are seeking a second comforter experience.

Sadly, the have been deceived.

This seeking that they are doing can only deliver them up to darkness and possibly a visitation with a false Christ. IMO those that are promoting this heresy and encouraging people to seek an audience with Christ despite being in a state of apostacy during the “little season” are among the false teachers and false prophets that Christ warned us about.

As you can see, the scriptural and historical evidence is overwhelming showing that God has already set his hand the “first time” to reclaim his people the Jews in the latter days.

It began in the 1840’s. They have begun gathering to America and have been given a KNOWEDGE of the fulness of the gospel in the form of the Book of Mormon.

Shortly after coming to the church in America, they became scattered into “Stakes” throughout the world.

When the marvelous work begins God will “set his hand the second time“.

If the spirit has testified to your soul that the general concept spoken of in this post is true, please don’t go running around proclaiming that the real Jews of latter day prophecy are the latter day saints.

Very few people will believe you and you will be hated for what you are saying.

It is not according to the providence of God that the masses should understand this cryptic information.

If you are relatively new to this blog, you may be curled up in the fetal position crying like a little baby because your whole paradigm has been demolished.

But ultimately the prophecies about the Jews in the Book of Mormon have a happy ending that follows the pain that they will go through.

Please understand, I am not saying that all Latter day Saints are from Judah. Only a portion of them.

I am not saying that everyone from Judah is evil.

We know from the Book of Revelation that 12,000 from Judah will be numbered among the 144,000.

Lets wrap things up for installment three.

Ok, in previous parts of this series we parsed 1 Nephi 10 and 1 Nephi 13 which also led us to 2 Nephi 3

In this segment of the series we have parsed 1 Nephi 15, 2 Nephi 9, 2 nephi 10, and 2 nephi 25

We now have even more clarity about the true eschatology of the true Jews in the latter days. We will now merge the bullet point summarys that we created in the previous post with the additional and corresponding information that we have covered in this post.

I think you will find that it obliterates the false eschatology that is currently promoted by apostate christianity. (Events pertaining to the Gentiles are only provided for context regarding the eschatology of the Jews)

 

• After the Jews and the great city of Jerusalem are destroyed in Old Testament times, many Jews would be “carried away captive into Babylon“.
• Eventually the Jews would be brought back out of captivity to once again possess the land of their inheritance in the Old World Jerusalem.
• After being gathered back to the Old World Jerusalem the Lord God would raise up the true Messiah among the Jews
• After the gospel would be preached among the Jews by the Messiah, they would dwindle in unbelief and slay him and become scattered again.
• After they slay the Messiah, he would be raised from the dead and make himself manifest to the gentiles by the Holy Ghost.
• After the Jews (house of Israel) are scattered following the crucifixion in the meridian of time, they will be gathered again in the latter days to America (see verse 13) AFTER the Gentiles had received the fulness of the gospel.
  
• In the latter days, before the Jews begin to gather to America, the Gentiles go forth out of captivity upon the many waters to the “land of promise” in America.
• The Book of the Lamb of God that proceeded forth out of the mouth of a Jew was carried among the Gentiles to the land of promise. It was a “record of the Jews“.
• When the book first came forth, it went forth from the Jews to the Gentiles in purity and contained the fulness of the Gospel of whom the 12 apostles bear record.
• After the book went forth, the great church corrupted the bookand have taken many plain and precious parts of the gospel of the Lamb and many covenants.
• The Gentiles that came forth out of captivity to America would be given power over the seed of Lehi whose ancestors had hidden up many plain and precious things to come forth to the Gentiles by the power of the Holy Ghost, (including the Book of the Lamb of God).
• Nevertheless, the Gentiles would remain in darkness and a form of hidden bondage after coming to America
• Eventually the Gentiles would temporarily “stumble” (during Joseph Smith’s ministry) because of the plain and precious parts of the gospel that had been taken out of the Book of the Lamb and their failure to serve God and keep his commandments.
• During this general timeframe the Jews, in their scattered condition BEGIN to be PERSUADED to believe in Christ.
• During the time that the Gentiles stumble, God would set his hand the first time to reclaim his scattered people. The knowledge of the fulness of the gospel would be taken to the “dispersed of Judah” and they would begin flowing into Nauvoo and eventually to Utah.
• During this time of global apostacy the Jewish Christians of the LDS restoration will be seeking a false Christ (Messiah). The advent of the “remnant” groups that focus on the bastardized “Second Comforter”  dogma is a very important sign of the times.
• When the third watch begins, the Lord’s servants will return to the vineyard and bring forth the Book of the Lamb of God and the many plain and precious things that had been hidden up in the plates that Joseph had to return to Moroni. 
• The Book of the Lamb of God would be among the many plain and precious things that are hidden up by the seed of Lehi. It would be taken in its purity to the seed of Lehi and the Latter day Saint Jews by the Gentiles servants of God that return to the vineyard.
• After the Book of the Lamb of God that had been hid up in its purity comes forth to the Gentiles by the power of the Holy Ghost and goes forth to the Jews and seed of Lehi, “other books” would come forth.
• These “other books” would convince the Gentiles, the Seed of Lehi and the Jews that are once again scattered upon the face of the earth of the truthfulness of the records of the prophets and the Twelve apostles and of the gospel of Christ.

Next installment we will keep plugging along, parsing every significant Book of Mormon prophecy having to do with the eschatology of the Jews.
